Game introduction

Okey101 is a local Turkish game, usually played by 2-4 people.
How to play

There are 106 cards in a set of Okey. The cards are of 4 different colors and numbered from 1 to 13. Each number has 8 cards, including two red, two yellow, two blue and two A black one. In addition, there are two special cards, called wild cards in the game, whose function is to be used in place of all other cards.
